If you are a delegate (and/or a potential delegate) on one of our training courses or conferences, we will collect from you and process only the data which is necessary for the administration of the event or conference, which will include the following basic personal information about you:

• your designation (eg professor, student, research scholar etc.)
• your postal and e-mail address
• your institution name and address.
• Your Phone number
• You presentation/event pictures 
• your topic and abstract for presentation in the conference
• your profile
• your research paper 
• your financial data linked with payment
• your transaction data linked with payment
• Depending on what you are registering for, additional information may be collected from you.

Information obtained about you

Information we obtain from third parties will generally be your name and contact details, but may include any additional information they provide to us, including (but not limited to) any of the types of information set out in the list above. We may also obtain personal information about you from certain publicly accessible sources, including (but not limited to) the electoral register, online customer databases, business directories, media publications, social media, websites and other publicly accessible sources.
