TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.      Definitions 

1.1.   Delegate means any person, organisation or body corporate who books a course or who attends a course run by or in association with FLE. 

1.2.   Course means any training event, seminar, lecture or conference the purpose of which is to provide training, whether or not the course carries CPD or otherwise. 

2.      Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email or post within 2 days of receipt. A tax invoice will be sent separately to your accounts department at the end of the month. Course documentation is distributed at the time of the event. 

3.      Prices may be subject to change. 

4.      Cancellation of Booking 

4.1.   Cancellation by FLE Learning (FLE): FLE reserves the right to vary or cancel a course where the occasion necessitates. FLE accept no liability if, for whatever reason, the course does not take place. If, however, in the unlikely event that FLE has to cancel a Course delegates will be notified in advance and offered new dates. Alternatively, delegates can request a reimbursement of course fee only. 

4.2.   Cancellation/Transfer by the delegate: Full invoice payable unless:- 

4.2.1. In the event of cancellation, written notice is received at least 10 working days before the event, the fee will be credited less GBP 150.00 (+ VAT) administration charge. 

4.2.2. In the event of a transfer to another date or event, an administration charge of GBP 150.00 (+ VAT) will be levied. This cannot be done after the date of the course. 

4.2.3. Credits may be used for other products or services and refunds available on request. 

4.2.4. Unused credits may be used up to a period of 12 months. 

5.      To the extent permitted by law, neither FLE nor its presenters will be liable by reason of breach of contract, negligence or otherwise for any loss or consequential loss occasioned to any person acting, omitting to act, or refraining from acting in reliance upon the course material or presentation of the course or, except to the extent that any such loss does not exceed the price of the course, arising from or connected with any error or omission in the course material or presentation of the course. Consequential loss shall be deemed to include, but is not limited to, any loss of profits or anticipated profits, damage to reputation or goodwill, loss of business or anticipated business, damages, costs, expenses incurred or payable to any third party or any other indirect or consequential losses. 

6.      Accredited Courses: Where any training event, seminar, workshop or conference is clearly indicated to be accredited by another professional organisation, hours or points may be claimed by delegates as indicated by the professionaly body. 

7.      TAXES – Registration fee + VAT, where applicable 

8.      Copyright : The copyright of all course materials remains that of FLE. Such material may not be produced either in whole or in part, by any method whatsoever, without prior permission having been given in writing by FLE. Once supplied, course material becomes the personal property of the candidate to whom it has been issued and may not be used for any other purpose. 

9.      DATA PROTECTION FLE may periodically contact you with details of programmes and services that may be of interest to you and may pass your details to other companies within the FLE group and selected clients. Please write to the Office Manager if you do not wish to be included in this activity. 

10.   ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS This booking form constitutes a legally binding contract. The candidate and the firm/company are jointly and severely liable for payment of all fees due to FLE. Your booking cannot be accepted/processed if you have not signed to accept the above terms and conditions.
