Short Biography
Graduated in LL.B and LL.M from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, India. Currently teaching at the faculty since Jan 2013.
Have experience in litigation and also worked as a Law officer with Allahabad Bank, a nationalized Bank in India.
Teacher Member of the Faculty Moot Court Society, advising and coordinating the National Human Rights Commission & Law Centre-1, DU National Annual Moot.
Organised and coordinated the "Law -in-Film" series as the Teacher member of the Cultural Society, Law Center- 1, Faculty of Law, DU.
Member of the Organizing Committee in the International Twin conferences on Comparative Law & Development and International Law & IPR laws (21-23 March 2014) organised jointly by Delhi University and the Indian Society for International Law (ISIL). Presented a paper in the conference titled " People, Caste and Law in South Asia, Japan and Africa.
Keenly interested in Human Rights Laws. Presented a paper titled "Rethinking Inequality- the Manual Scavengers Act, 2013" in the National Conference on Human Rights of the Dalits,Tribal, Minorities organized by the Central University of Gujarat, Nov. 2013.
Contributed as a Panelist in the Workshop on "Disaster Preparedness & and How to Streamline Helps and support in Distress situations" organised by the Young Paite Association, Delhi as part of the YPA Diamond Jubliee Celebrations, Aug 15, 2013.
Appointed as the Education Advisor of ZILLAI, a socio-cultural organization of the Vaiphei Community from the state of Manipur, India. Also, appointed a member of the Invitation Team of the Zillai Platinum Jubilee Celebration to be held on 31st May 2014.
